Process Interim Measures Agreement - Agreement
reached by the Parties that establishes temporary measures that
will apply in the territory that is subject to negotiations
while negotiations are going on.

Interim
Resource Development Agreement - Agreement
under which the Dehcho First Nations will receive monies equal
to a percentage of federal resource royalties collected from
the Mackenzie Valley through an established formula. Some of
these monies will be available to the Dehcho First Nations for
economic development.
